Meet the Team – Frederick Tan

Frederick is the founder and lead consultant of FT Synergist.

He is a Singapore Certified Management Consultant approved by Enterprise Singapore to help SMEs upskill with the support of enterprise development grant. He holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership and as a Specialist Diploma in Franchise and Enterprise Management.

He has more than 23 years of working experiences, including 8 years in Singapore Exchange performing complex interest rates swap as well as 13 years as the managing director of Adam Khoo Learning Centre. He spearheaded the development of the Adam Khoo Learning Centre Brand and developed extensive experiences managing a multinational, diverse team of over 100 franchisees, trainers and operational staffs.

Some of the recent clients include:

Adam Khoo Education (Vietnam) – business trained more than 50,000 children and adults on personal development.

Wufang Singapore – business trained 10,000 students in Chinese Martial Arts.

TNT Surveillance who collaborates with Land Transport Authority in providing safe journeys for more than 7.54 million ridership in Singapore.
