Chef At Work has been appointed by United Group from Bangladesh, to pioneer an F&B turnkey project – setting up a food court in the capital city Dhaka.
United group is the largest socio-economic infrastructure-based company based out of Bangladesh. While company’s core business is in power, it has built up a strong portfolio of infrastructure projects. Today it’s investments range from power, healthcare, education, real estate & construction, port & maritime to textile and other manufacturing sectors.
The project is set in Gulshan Centre Point, a real estate development in the heart of Dhaka’s new Central Business District. With a population of more than 15 million, the capital’s population is growing by an estimated 4.2% per year, making it one of the highest rates amongst Asian cities.
Under this current working relationship, United Group taps on Chef At Work’s expertise in delivering turnkey food & beverage projects of all scales.
Gulshan Centre Point is within close proximity to the city’s global companies and embassies. With 27,000 square feet space, the food court targets a strong white collar and expatriate population with us introducing a global palette to the local area. The food court will house cuisine ranging from western to Asian, Japanese and local influences.
